Egg And Sausage Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. bulk sausage
9 eggs, beaten
3 c. milk
1 1/2 tsp. salt and pepper
5 slices white bread
1 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
hash browns (optional)
green peppers (optional)
onions (optional)
Preparation

Use 9 x 13-inch greased dish, brown sausage and drain off grease.
Trim bread and cut into 1/4 inch cubes; spread on bottom of glass baking dish.
Top with sausage.
Mix rest of ingredients together and pour over sausage.
Top with cheese.
Store, covered, in refrigerator overnight.
Bake for 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
