Potato Fluff Candy - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. mashed potatoes
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. lemon extract
1 c. cornflakes
1 c. chopped peanuts or other nuts
speck of salt
Preparation
-
Gradually work sugar into potatoes.
Add rest of ingredients. Press into greased pan and let stand in a cool place for 24 hours. Cut into squares.
