Chicken Bundles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 whole chicken breasts, boned, skinned and split
    4 slices bacon, cooked, drained and cut in half
    1 Tbsp. seasoned dry bread crumbs
    1/4 c. dry white wine
    salt and pepper to taste
    4 slices (1 oz. each) Swiss cheese
    12 spears fresh asparagus, blanched, or 12 broccoli flowerets, blanched
    3 Tbsp. butter or margarine
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Pound chicken breasts to flatten. Place one slice of cheese over each chicken breast.
    Place three asparagus spears or three broccoli flowerets in center of dish. Place two half slices of bacon on top.
    Sprinkle each with 1 tablespoon bread crumbs.
    Bring two sides of chicken together and secure with wooden pick.
    Place seam side down in buttered 2-quart rectangular baking dish.
