Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli, chopped
    3/4 c. rice
    8 oz. jar Cheez Whiz
    8 oz. can water chestnuts, chopped
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1/4 c. chopped celery
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. Cheese Nip crackers, crushed
Preparation
    Saute onions and celery in small amount of oil or butter.
    Cook broccoli as directed on package.
    Cook rice as directed on package. Drain broccoli.
    Combine all ingredients except crackers and mix well.
    Pour into 2-quart Pyrex dish.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 15 minutes. Spread crushed crackers over top and bake 10 additional minutes.
