Baked Squash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. diced squash
    1 medium onion
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    2 pimentos, cut up
    1 pkg. stuffing with herbs
    1/2 pt. sour cream
    dash of red pepper
Preparation
    Cook diced squash and onions; drain and add pimentos, sour cream and soup.
    Butter casserole and sprinkle half of stuffing in bottom.
    Dot with melted butter.
    Add squash mixture, then rest of stuffing and drizzle with butter.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
