Pumpkin Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (9-inch) pie crust
1 c. cooked and sieved pumpkin or 1 can pumpkin
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. ginger
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 tsp. cloves
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. milk
2 egg yolks
2 egg whites, beaten until stiff
Preparation

Line pie plate with 9-inch pie crust.
Combine in a blender or mixing bowl all the ingredients except the egg whites.
Mix well. Fold beaten egg whites into pie filling.
Pour into unbaked pie shell.
Bake 10 minutes at 425\u00b0.
Reduce heat to 375\u00b0 and continue to bake for 30 minutes or until filling is set.
