Creamed Peas And New Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. tiny new potatoes
    1 pkg. frozen peas
    1/4 c. sliced green onion
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
    1/4 tsp. salt
    dash of white pepper
    1 c. milk
Preparation
    Scrub potatoes; remove a narrow strip of peel around the center of each.
    Cook potatoes until tender; drain.
    Meanwhile, cook peas and drain.
    Cook onions in butter until tender.
    Stir in flour, salt and pepper.
    Add milk.
    Cook and stir until thickened and bubbly.
    Cook about 2 minutes longer.
    Stir in vegetables.
