Ingredients

3 eggs
1/2 c. sugar
1 c. white corn syrup
1 small can crushed pineapple
1 c. Angel Flake coconut
1 tsp. vanilla
2 Tbsp. melted butter or oleo
Preparation

Beat eggs well.
Add remaining ingredients and mix well.
Pour into an unbaked pie shell.
Bake in preheated 450\u00b0 oven for 10 minutes, then reduce oven temperature to 325\u00b0 and bake until done. This recipe will make 1 large pie or 2 small ones.
