Pancite - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. lite Kikkoman soy sauce
    1/4 c. fresh lemon juice
    1 clove fresh garlic, crushed
    4 c. fresh vegetables, mixed
    1 lb. meat, poultry or pork
    1/2 pkg. rice noodles or 1/4 pkg. linguini pasta
Preparation
    Mix together soy sauce, lemon juice and garlic; set aside. Steam vegetables.
    Simmer meat, poultry or pork in 1 cup water until thoroughly cooked.
    Save broth.
    Prepare rice noodles or linguini as directed.
