Pineapple Upside-Down Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. firmly packed brown sugar
    1/4 c. margarine, melted
    6 canned pineapple slices, drained
    2 eggs, separated
    1/2 c. sugar
    3/4 c. all-purpose flour
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. pineapple juice
    whipped cream
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Combine brown sugar and margarine in bottom of cake pan.
    Top with pineapple slices.
    Beat egg yolks until thick, add sugar, add baking powder, salt and flour.
    Pour over slices.
    Top with beaten egg whites.
    Bake until done.
    Top with whipped cream.
