Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    2 c. flour
    2 tsp. soda
    2 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 1/2 c. Wesson oil
    4 eggs
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 box powdered sugar
    2/3 stick margarine
    1 c. nuts
    2 tsp. vanilla
    3 c. grated carrots
Preparation
    Combine sugar, flour, soda, cinnamon, Wesson oil, eggs and carrots and mix thoroughly.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
    Makes 3 layers.
    Cool before frosting.
    Cream margarine and cheese together.
    Add sugar, vanilla and nuts.
    Use between layers on top and sides of cake.
