Easy Yogurt Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. warm water
    1 1/2 Tbsp. dry yeast
    2 Tbsp. honey or molasses
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1 c. plain yogurt
    7 1/2 c. flour
Preparation
    Gently stir water, yeast and honey together to dissolve.
    Let the mixture sit for 5 minutes.
    Add the salt and yogurt, mixing thoroughly.
    Gradually stir in the flour with a heavy spoon.
    Turn out on floured board and knead for 5 minutes.
    Slice the dough in two and place in 2 greased loaf pans.
    Let rise about 45 minutes and bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
