Pecan Rolls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 loaves frozen bread dough
melted butter
sugar/cinnamon mix
pecans, chopped
Preparation

Defrost loaves 2 minutes in microwave.
Roll each one out in the largest, flattest rectangle possible.
Brush with melted butter; leave 1/2 inch along long edge unbuttered.
Sprinkle with cinnamon/sugar.
Roll up and seal (long tube shape).
Cut each into 14 pieces.
Place on roasting pan which has been sprinkled with lots of pecan pieces.
Leave space to rise (7 pieces x 4 pieces).
