Bread Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 gal. milk
    4 c. cornstarch
    6 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. + 1 tsp. salt
    32 eggs (1 lb. dry and 5 c. water) or 5 c. frozen
    2 tsp. nutmeg
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 c. vanilla
    2 qt. raisins
    1 1/2 gal. bread, broken into small pieces
Preparation
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour for 4-inch pan, 45 minutes for 2-inch pan.
