Pineapple Upside-Down Carrot Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. margarine
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
1 pkg. SuperMoist carrot cake mix
Preparation

Heat margarine in 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.
After melted, add sugar.
Spoon pineapple over brown sugar.
Spread evenly.
Prepare cake mix as directed.
Pour over pineapple.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
Cool 10 minutes.
Invert onto serving platter. Cool completely.
Serve with whipped cream.
