Peanut Pops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg
    3/4 c. brown sugar
    1 1/4 c. unsifted flour
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. oil
    2 tsp. vanilla extract
    1 c. chopped peanuts
Preparation
    Beat egg; blend
    in
    brown
    sugar.
    Combine flour, soda and salt.
    Blend gradually into egg mixture with oil.
    Stir in vanilla extract and chopped
    peanuts.
    Use\ta teaspoon to drop onto lightly oiled or greased
    baking pan.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 8 to 10 minutes until done.
    Yields 30 appetizers.
