German Kaiserschmarren(Egg Dish) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 eggs, separated
1 c. flour
1 c. milk
2 Tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1/3 c. nuts
3/4 c. raisins
1 1/2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
Preparation

Beat yolk.
Add flour and milk gradually while continuing to mix.
Beat egg whites separately until firm.
Fold egg yolk and flour mixture into egg whites.
Add nuts and raisins.
Heat butter in pan on medium heat.
Ladle batter into pan until it covers bottom of pan.
Brown on 1 side, then flip and brown on other side.
Put in serving dish, then sprinkle with sugar.
