Award Winning Fudge Bars - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. firmly packed brown sugar
    1 c. (2 sticks) butter, softened
    1/4 c. plus 2 Tbsp. peanut butter, divided
    2 eggs
    2 c. all-purpose flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
    2 c. quick or old-fashioned oats (uncooked)
    1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
    1 (12 oz.) pkg. (2 c.) semi-sweet chocolate chips
    2/3 c. chopped peanuts
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Grease 13 x 9 -inch baking dish.
    In a large mixer bowl, beat brown sugar, butter and 1/4 cup peanut butter until light and fluffy.
    Beat in eggs.
    Add combined flour, baking soda, cinnamon and nutmeg.
    Beat until well mixed.
    Stir in oats and mix well.
    Set aside 1 cup of oat mixture.
    Spread remaining oat mixture into pan.
    Use spatula to spread evenly.
