Easy Oven Squash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 or 5 yellow squash
    1 egg
    1 pkg. onion soup mix
    1/2 c. oil
    1/2 c. flour
    1/2 c. corn meal
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/4 c. milk
Preparation
    Mix all dry ingredients in bowl.
    Beat slightly egg and milk. Dip squash slices in the egg and milk.
    Roll in the dry mix until coated.
    Pour oil in heavy baking pan.
    Place coated squash in pan.
    Bake at 450\u00b0 until brown, both sides.
    Serves 6.
