Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. cooking oil
    2 c. sugar
    3 eggs
    2 c. self-rising flour
    3 c. fresh apples, chopped
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. pecans
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. nutmeg
Preparation
    Combine
    oil, sugar and eggs.
    Beat well. Add flour and beat well. Add remaining ingredients and stir. Put batter into a greased
    and
    floured tube or Bundt pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
