Bacon And Egg Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. bacon
    1 doz. boiled eggs
    3 c. potato chips, crushed
    1/2 c. onion
    1/4 c. butter
    4 Tbsp. flour
    3 c. milk
    8 oz. Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Cook bacon until crisp, then break up.
    For sauce cook onion in butter, flour and milk.
    Cook until thickened.
    Add Cheddar cheese and stir until melted.
    Layer in casserole 6 eggs, half of the sauce, 1 1/2 cups chips and 1 pound bacon.
    Repeat layers.
    Cook for 45 minutes in 300\u00b0 oven.
