Cheese Spread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (4 oz.) jar chopped pimientos
    1 (8 oz.) carton pimiento cheese
    1 c. chopped pecans
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    2 Tbsp. chili powder
    2 Tbsp. cayenne pepper
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese (room temperature)
    2 c. (8 oz. pkg.) shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 to 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    2 Tbsp. paprika
Preparation
    Drain the pimientos and chop finely (or mash them with the back of a fork).
    Combine the 3 cheeses in a large mixing bowl and mix well.
    Add the pimientos, pecans, salt, pepper and garlic powder.
    Mix well and shape into 2 balls.
    Sprinkle the chili powder, paprika and cayenne pepper on waxed paper or plastic wrap. Roll each ball in the spices until completely covered and refrigerate or freeze.
