Italian Egg Biscuits - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 c. flour
6 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1 c. sugar
1 c. melted shortening
1 c. milk
4 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla or any other flavoring
any icing
Preparation

In a large bowl, sift first 4 ingredients together.
Make a well and add shortening, milk, eggs and vanilla.
Mix well. Drop by teaspoon onto greased cookie sheet. Bake at 400\u00b0 for 10 to 12 minutes; be careful not to burn the bottoms. When slightly cooled, ice with desired frosting and sprinkle with colored sugars.
