Squash Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

about 2 c. squash, cooked and drained
1 carrot, grated
1 medium onion, chopped fine
1 can cream of chicken soup
8 oz. sour cream
1 pkg. Pepperidge Farm herb stuffing mix
1 stick butter
Preparation

Mix first 5 ingredients together.
Melt butter and mix with package of Pepperidge Farm mix.
Put half of stuffing mix in a baking dish.
Put squash mix in the middle.
Top with stuffing mix.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 30 minutes.
