Cinnamon-Raisin Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. whole wheat flour
    1/3 c. firmly packed brown sugar
    3 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. ground cinnamon
    1/2 c. wheat germ
    3/4 c. unsulphured raisins
    2/3 c. milk
    1/3 c. soy or oil
    2 eggs, slightly beaten
Preparation
    Mix first 7 ingredients in bowl.
    Add remaining ingredients and mix only until dry ingredients are moistened.
    Fill greased 2 1/2-inch muffin pan sections two-thirds full and bake in preheated hot oven at 400\u00b0 about 20 minutes.
    Makes 12.
