Harvest Loaf Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. butter
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 tsp. ginger
1/4 tsp. cloves
3/4 c. canned pumpkin
1 (6 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 c. chopped walnuts or pecans
Glaze (recipe follows)
Preparation

Cream butter and sugar.
Add eggs, beating well.
Stir together flour, sugar, cinnamon, salt, nutmeg, ginger and cloves. Add butter mixture alternately with dry ingredients, beating well. Stir in chocolate chips and nuts.
Pour batter into greased 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 65 minutes or until cake tests done.
Cool cake.
Drizzle glaze over cake.
