Fattigman - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 egg yolks
    3 egg whites
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 1/8 c. sugar
    1 1/8 c. heavy cream
    1 tsp. ground cardamon
    1/2 c. melted butter
    1 tsp. lemon extract
    2 Tbsp. brandy
    7 c. flour
    confectioners sugar (to sprinkle)
Preparation
    Beat egg yolks, whites, salt and sugar together for 1/2 hour. Add cream and cardamon; stir well.\tAdd butter, extract and brandy;
    blend
    well.
    Mix\tin
    flour
    thoroughly.\tDough should be\tstiff
    enough
    to roll out very thin.
    Refrigerate overnight. Roll
    small
    amounts of dough very thin.
    Cut into rectangles. Shape
    into
    bows.\tDeep fry at 365\u00b0 until golden brown.
