Licorice Snaps - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. butter
1 c. sugar
1 c. brown sugar
1 unbeaten egg
2 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cloves
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 Tbsp. anise seed
1/2 c. nuts

Preparation

Cream butter and sugars.
Add egg. Blend in remaining ingredients.
Bake on ungreased pan at 375\u00b0 for 9-12 minutes.
