Golden Glow Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (3 oz.) pkg. orange flavored gelatin
1 c. boiling water
1 c. (8 oz.) crushed pineapple
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
cold water
1/4 tsp. salt
3/4 c. finely shredded carrots
Preparation

In a bowl, dissolve gelatin in boiling water.
Drain pineapple, saving the juice.
Add lemon juice to make 1 cup.
Stir into gelatin.
Chill until slightly set, then stir in pineapple and carrots in.
