Swedish Ham Balls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground ham
1 1/2 lb. ground pork
2 c. bread crumbs
2 eggs, well beaten
1 c. milk
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. water
1/2 c. vinegar
Preparation

Combine brown sugar, vinegar, water and mustard.
Stir until sugar dissolves.
Combine meats, crumbs, eggs and milk; mix well. Form into balls.
Place in casserole and pour first mixture over meatballs.
Bake 1 1/2 hours at 270\u00b0, basting often.
