Dave'S Spaghetti Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. hot Italian sausage
    1 lb. ground chuck
    1 c. chopped onion
    1 c. chopped green pepper
    1 c. fresh chopped mushrooms
    3 cloves garlic, crushed
    1 Tbsp. parsley
    2 tsp. oregano
    1 tsp. basil
    1 can favorite sauce
    1 (5 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1 (3 oz.) can tomato paste
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
    1 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    2 shakes sugar
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Saute sausage and chuck.
    Drain grease.
    Add onion, pepper, mushrooms and garlic until onion is clear, then add next 3 herbs. In large saucepot, put sausage mixture and add remaining ingredients.
    Simmer for 1 1/2 hours.
    Serve over vermicelli with garlic bread and salad.
