Gypsy Schnitzel(Silver Bowl Winner) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 green pepper
    1 red pepper
    2 large cutlets (Veal or pork)
    flour
    bread crumbs
    1/4 lb. butter
    3 Tbsp. oil
    1 1/2 tsp. cornstarch
    1 c. beef broth
    salt
    pepper
    sliced lemon (optional)
Preparation
    Pound meat until thin.
    Seed peppers and julienne cut.
    Saute peppers in heated oil.
    Remove peppers to another plate.
    Dip meat in flour, egg, and crumbs; saute meat on both sides until brown and cooked through.
    Transfer to platter.
    Pour off oil, leaving one teaspoon of drippings in pan; blend in cornstarch and beef broth.
    Simmer.
    Salt and pepper to taste.
    Add sauted peppers and sliced lemon.
    Pour pepper sauce over meat.
