3 large onions, chopped
3 to 4 lb. beef cubes
6 lb. mixed frozen vegetables
3 Tbsp. Old Bay
2 gal. water
2 Tbsp. thyme
8 stalks celery, chopped
1 lb. dry lima beans
1 small smoked neck
3 lb. crab meat
6 large potatoes, chopped
