Scalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    2 c. milk
    6 to 8 potatoes, sliced
Preparation
    Melt butter in saucepan.
    Blend in flour, salt and pepper. Add milk all at once.
    Cook and stir over medium heat.
    Continue cooking until thick and bubbly. Cook and stir 2 minutes more.
    Mix with sliced potatoes.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until tender.
