Hot Dog Italiano - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can tomato paste
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1 large green pepper, sliced
    1 tsp. oregano
    1 medium onion, sliced
    2 Tbsp. cooking oil
    1 lb. hot dogs, sliced
    1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes, sliced
    1 tsp. sugar
    1 pkg. spaghetti sauce mix
Preparation
    Combine all the ingredients in a large saucepan and simmer about 30 to 45 minutes, covered, stirring occasionally, until mixture thickens.
    Serve over cooked and drained rice while hot. Serves 4 to 8 people.
