Chocolate Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. cocoa
4 to 5 Tbsp. flour
1/8 tsp. salt
2 c. milk or 1 1/2 c. Carnation milk
3 egg yolks
1 Tbsp. butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1 baked 8-inch pastry shell
Preparation

Mix sugar, flour, cocoa and salt together.
Gradually mix milk.
Beat egg yolks and a portion of milk.
Microwave for 2 to 3 minutes.
Pour a small portion that is heated into beaten egg yolks.
Stir, then gradually add to chocolate portion.
Return to microwave.
Continue to cook for 3 to 4 minutes, stirring every 1 to 1 1/2 minutes until cooked to right consistency.
Add butter, then vanilla.
Cool.
Pour into baked pie shell.
