Teriyaki Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 tsp. salad oil
2 tbsp. catsup
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1/4 cup soy sauce
1 tbsp. vinegar
1 tsp. garlic powder
Preparation

Mix the above and pour over one pack of bones, skinless chicken breast. Pierce several times with a fork to allow marinade to penetrate chicken. Set aside at room temperature for at least 2 hours or up to 24 hours in the refrigerator. Grill, Broil, or Bake in 350 degrees until done about 20-25 minutes.
