Broccoli And Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large onion, chopped
    1/4 c. green pepper, chopped
    1/2 stick oleo
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    8 oz. Cheez Whiz
    1 10 oz. pkg. frozen broccoli, cooked and drained
    3 c. rice, cooked
    salt and pepper, to taste
    grated cheese, optional
    paprika, optional
Preparation
    Saute onion and bell pepper in oleo.
    Add soups and Cheez Whiz.
    Cook over low heat until cheese melts.
    Fold in broccoli and rice.
    Add salt and pepper to taste.
    Put into greased casserole.
    Sprinkle with paprika or top with grated cheese.
    Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes or until bubbly.
    Can be halved or put into 2 casseroles to freeze one.
    If freezing, do not top with cheese until ready to bake.
