Easy Hot Rolls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. plus 1/16 c. warm water
3/4 c. plus 1/2 tsp. powdered milk
3 Tbsp. yeast
4 c. flour
1 egg
1/2 c. oil
3 Tbsp. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation

Mix flour, powdered milk and salt together.
Work them well. Put yeast and sugar in warm water and let rise.
Mix oil and eggs. Beat together.
After yeast and sugar have risen, add all other ingredients and let rise until double, about 1 hour or more.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for about 20 or 25 minutes. Brush hot rolls with melted butter.
