Spiced Pumpkin Pancakes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. all-purpose flour
2 Tbsp. sugar
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 tsp. salt
1 3/4 c. milk
2 large eggs
2 Tbsp. oil
1 can (1 c.) pumpkin
Preparation

Mix dry ingredients in bowl.
In separate bowl beat milk, pumpkin, eggs and oil.
Add flour mixture and stir to moisten.
On a lightly oiled or nonstick griddle on medium heat, pour batter in 1/4 cup portions, 1-inch apart. Cook until bubbles form on top and bottoms are brown.
Turn.
Makes 6 servings.
