Tartar Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. mayonnaise
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
dash of Tabasco
1/4 c. deli dills, diced
1/4 c. fresh parsley
2 Tbsp. minced shallots
2 Tbsp. capers
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Mix well.
Chill for an hour or more.
Excellent for fish.
