Oven Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. lean beef, cubed and sprinkled with garlic salt
    7 medium carrots, sliced
    1 large onion, sliced
    1 c. chopped celery
    1 1/2 c. tomato juice
    2 c. diced potatoes
    2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 tsp. sugar
    2 tsp. tapioca
    salt to taste
Preparation
    Mix all vegetables and meat and put in large casserole.
    Mix juice, Worcestershire sauce, sugar and tapioca and pour over vegetables and meat.
    Cover and bake 5 hours at 250\u00b0.
    Do not brown.
    Water may be added if needed to keep moist enough.
