Rib Roast Of Beef - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 1/2 lb. rib roast or any prime cut, boneless is best
    1/4 c. flour
    2 Tbsp. dry mustard
    1 tsp. oregano
    1 tsp. basil
    1/2 tsp. thyme
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 bay leaf
    1 c. red wine
    1 c. water
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 325\u00b0.
    Mix together flour, mustard and all other dry seasonings.
    Pour Worcestershire sauce over roast and rub all over, then roll roast all around in flour mixture until well coated.
    Place in oven pan.
    Pour water and wine around roast.
    Use meat thermometer to cook to desired doneness.
    Keep roast covered until the last 30 minutes of cooking; baste with juices during the last 30 minutes.
