Ingredients

1 qt. milk
1 c. Grape-Nuts
6 egg yolks
5 Tbsp. sugar
pinch of salt
3 egg whites
Preparation

Bring milk to a boil; add Grape-Nuts.
Let stand and cool. Beat egg yolks in, adding sugar also.
Mix in pinch of salt and mix well with cooled milk and Grape-Nuts.
Pour in a greased pan and fold in egg whites from 3 eggs.
Bake for 45 minutes in a 325\u00b0 oven.
