Taco Beef Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. chopped onion
3 c. water
2 large cans stewed tomatoes
2 small cans red kidney beans
2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
1 pkg. taco seasoning
Preparation

In large saucepan, cook ground beef and onion until meat is browned; drain off excess fat.
Add water, undrained tomatoes, undrained kidney beans, tomato sauce and taco seasoning mix. Simmer, covered, for 30 to 45 minutes.
Serve with cheese, corn chips and sour cream.
