Champignon Alfredo - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. fresh white mushrooms, washed and sliced
1/2 stick butter
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
dash of fine herbs
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1/2 c. buttermilk
1/2 c. white wine
Preparation

Saute sliced mushrooms in butter, garlic, salt, fine herbs and black pepper.
Add buttermilk and wine.
Cover and simmer 2 minutes.
Remove from heat.
May be eaten \"as is\" or combined with beef, fish, chicken, pasta, vegetables or almost anything. Freezes and microwaves great.
For thicker sauce, substitute sour cream for buttermilk.
