Cream Cheese Brownies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 oz. unsweetened chocolate
    1 c. unsalted butter (room temperature)
    4 large eggs
    2 1/2 c. sugar
    1 c. all-purpose flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. vanilla
    8 oz. cream cheese (room temperature)
    1 c. chopped pecans (optional)
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Butter and flour 9 x 13-inch pan; set aside.
    Melt chocolate and butter in heavy saucepan over low heat, stirring constantly.
    When completely melted, remove from heat and set aside.
    Beat 3 eggs until well blended.
    Slowly beat in 2 cups of sugar and beat for 1 minute.
    Add flour, salt and 1 teaspoon vanilla, mixing well.
    Add the melted chocolate and mix well. Spread half of chocolate batter into prepared pan.
