Easy Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 potatoes, boiled and diced
    8 oz. sour cream
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    3/4 c. chopped green onion
    1 c. grated cheese
    Grape-Nuts or cornflakes
    small amount melted margarine
Preparation
    Boil and dice potatoes.
    Season lightly with salt, pepper and margarine.
    Combine sour cream, soup, onion and cheese.
    Pour over potatoes with dry cereal.
    Drizzle with melted margarine. Place in a 350\u00b0 oven until hot and bubbly.
