Broccoli And Cheese Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 boxes Jiffy corn muffin mix
    1 (10 1/2 oz.) frozen chopped broccoli
    1 green pepper, chopped
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 (4 oz.) grated Cheddar cheese
    4 eggs
    1 stick margarine, melted
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients well and spoon into muffin tin which has been sprayed with Baker's Joy.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes or until done.
