Pumpkin Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs
    3 c. sugar
    1 c. Crisco oil
    1 can pumpkin
    3 1/4 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. baking soda
    2 tsp. nutmeg
    3 tsp. cinnamon
    1 c. chopped nuts
    1 c. raisins (optional)
Preparation
    Mix first 4 ingredients well.
    Add flour, salt, baking soda, nutmeg and cinnamon to preceding mixture and mix well.
    Add nuts and raisins.
    Grease pans.
    Makes 5 loaves (3 1/2 x 7 1/2-inch). Use any size pan.
    Fill pans 3/4 full.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for about an hour or until toothpick comes out clean.
